Hey there everybody,
Hopefully everybody's summer is off to a rollicking start! Our summer vacation hasn't really started yet as we've been busy getting everything ready for our course. Here's some new information for you, all of which was also in the email Jaana sent a few days ago:
- Our trip has now been confirmed, and the initial payment has been made. The Point Of No Return has now been passed.
- Should you decide to cancel now, it would cost you 400 euros. After July cancellation is no longer possible.
- Please make sure that you have a valid traveller's insurance starting NOW. This point cannot be stressed enough.
- As a reminder, we leave on 28 August and return on 4 September. We will stay in London from Sunday to Friday and in Canterbury from Friday onwards.
- The final cost for the trip is 860 euros per person. As you have already paid 100 euros, you will get an invoice for 760 euros by snail mail in the near future. The due date for payment is about one month before take-off.
- Our next meeting is on 17 August at 13.30 and again on 25 August at 13.30. You should have your presentation ready by 17 August.
